Workforce for ArcGIS has regular updates for the web and mobile apps. The web app is used by project owners and dispatchers. It is accessed through either ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. The mobile app is used by mobile workers. It is available on both Android and iOS.

Project owners
Version 19.0.3 of the web app was released in October 2019 for ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1. It includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- The look and feel of the web app is simpler and cleaner.
- Various bug fixes and improvements.
Version 19.0.2 of the web app was released in July 2019 to support ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1.
Dispatchers
Version 19.0.3 of the web app was released in October 2019 for ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1. It includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- The look and feel of the web app is simpler and cleaner.
- Various bug fixes and improvements.
Version 19.0.2 of the web app was released in July 2019 to support ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1.
Mobile workers
Version 17.0.1 of the mobile apps for Android and iOS was released in December 2017 and includes the following enhancements and fixes:
- Attach photos and videos to assignments.
Mobile workers can now attach photos and videos to provide additional information about the work that is done. Some organizations use this to provide proof of work completion, while others use it to document issues noticed in the field that require additional work. View an assignment's details in the mobile app to attach a photo or video.
- Pass additional information to Collector for ArcGIS and Survey123 for ArcGIS.
When enabled by project owners, mobile workers can pass additional information to Collector and Survey123. When launching Collector or Survey123, a new collection or survey, respectively, is started and includes information from the assignment.
Note:
Using the additional parameters with Collector for ArcGIS requires Collector for ArcGIS 17.0.3 or later.
- Sorting removes Critical grouping.
When you sort your assignments, all assignments are now sorted by the specified criteria. Critical assignments are no longer kept in their own section.
